This Community of Practice is a 2-day Learning Community immersion for churches that have already completed the arc or involvement of the 3DM Learning Community. It will be assumed that participant churches already know 3DM tools and language.
This is primarily a Network event for churches that are part of the 3DM Network, committing to go on the long-term journey together. There will be input from Paul Maconochie and other 3DM Leaders, as well as churches sharing best practice with each other. We will be going back through the 3DM arc of involvement over the next two years, but with a focus on deepening our understanding of how to get breakthrough and build missional discipleship movements out of our local churches.
Non-3DM Network church teams can join this event if they are 3DM Alumni (i.e. have completed a full 3DM Learning Community).

Do you hunger for God’s Kingdom to come in your city?
Is praying with sick or unbelieving people awkward for you?
Do you wish the Lord would move supernaturally today, as in the Bible?
Is it a struggle to integrate family, work, & discipleship?
Come lean into the Lord and learn from missional leaders who’ve gone before you at theNaturally Supernatural Missional Workshop, November 4-5, Fort Wayne, IN.
- $39 per person (early bird registration); $49 after October 21
- Saturday lunch included
- at Lifebridge Church, Fort Wayne, IN
The workshop will be led by special guest speaker and missional leader Paul Maconochie, from Sheffield, England – a city where less than 2.5% of the population traditionally attends church. At the church Paul led (Network Church in Sheffield), God used every-day men, women and children to impact the lives of many people through Missional Communities. The church saw numerous people come to faith from all walks of life, including hundreds of teenagers across the city and even many Muslim refugees. As the people of the church learned to pray and to practice community and mission together, a missional movement was started which has now impacted hundreds of churches across the UK and Europe, Australasia and the USA.
In the workshop, Paul will lead a biblical exploration of: Kingdom, hearing from God, relationship between Word & Spirit, and how to pray for the Lord to heal without being wacky or manipulative. The biblical teaching and training will help every attendee go on mission in the name of Jesus, in the power of His Holy Spirit, and under the authority of Scripture. This will be the 2nd in a series of NSN workshops at Lifebridge with Paul.
Before coming to America in 2014, Paul served for 7 years as a Baptist Pastor at St. Thomas’ Church, Sheffield and 10 years as the Senior Pastor of Network Church Sheffield. In the Summer of 2014 Paul moved to the USA with his wife Elly and their two daughters (Grace and Hannah) to work with Grace Gathering Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana and to establish a growing church network called the 3DM Network. In 2015 Paul was also asked to lead the USA team for 3D Movements, which works with hundreds of churches across America to help them develop a culture of missional discipleship.
Paul’s wealth of knowledge and experience makes this workshop a must-attend. Whether you’re a pastor, MC leader, prayer warrior, missional single, or anyone wanting to grow in any of the above, save the date. You’ll leave blessed, edified, trained, and equipped to go on mission in the power of God, perhaps as never before.
Join other missional Christians as we explore how to live like Jesus and continue His Kingdom work… Come learn how to be Naturally Supernatural.

One of the greatest challenges for married couples in ministry is when there is little partnership and unity together in ministry calling and pursuit. What is the difference between a supportive spouse in ministry and true partnership in ministry? With gift mix differences, personality differences and even different passions, it is easy to see how these can cause conflict and division. This is seen both in the home and the ministry. How can marriages leverage their differences and allow them to work as strengths and not weaknesses? How can a married couple become spiritual parents in the discipleship process with an emphasis on the importance of both a spiritual dad and mom in ministry?
Chris and Kathy Norman operated in the traditional view of pastor and supportive wife for 15 years. Neither of them knew any different. Over time, however, Kathy grew more isolated from the church and Chris continued leading the church more on his own. Ministry, when not done in partnership, usually takes a negative toll on marriages – and it did on theirs.
This Friday night and Saturday workshop is intended for anyone involved in ministry (as a volunteer or vocationally) and walks couples through very practical steps of how to grow as partners in the home and in their ministry. It is an investment both in marriages and in church leadership.
Paul and Heloise Maconochie, as well as Chris and Kathy Norman, will lead this workshop together. Learn from both of these couples and their very different stories of marriage partnership in ministry.
