Discipleship and Mission
Family on Mission
Explore the dynamics of making disciples of Jesus who can join God in his mission. Discover the principles of going from having a ministry to leading a movement: reproducing disciples instead [...]
- Teaching that will help frame discipleship and mission in a new light
- Training with your team to help you apply principles contextually
- Effective vehicles for discipleship and mission, such as Huddles and Missional Communities
- What it’s like to be part of a 3DM Learning Community (two-year journey of culture change)
What will the workshop be like?
You will have a chance to hear teachings about discipleship and mission and how we are practically seeing those things worked out in local church contexts. You’ll get to experience Huddles and Missional Communities (rather than simply hear the theory). There will be large amounts of Q&A, consultations for your team with our team. Worship. Down time. It’s a great mixture of work, rest, practice, theory and team time.
Who is the workshop for?
Anyone who would like to come, but we strongly encourage you to come with at least one other person. If possible, bring a whole team from your church community so you can discuss the workshop along the way. If at all possible, it’d be great to have the senior leader there so the whole team is exposed to these ideas.
The cost of the event is $99 for the first person, and $59 for your spouse and/or additional team members. This covers the expense of the dinner on Friday night, all workshop materials, speaker fees and content of the workshop. Attendees must pick up the cost of their breakfast and lunch on Saturday, accommodations and transportation.

Do you hunger for God’s Kingdom to come in your city?
Is praying with sick or unbelieving people awkward for you?
Do you wish the Lord would move supernaturally today, as in the Bible?
Is it a struggle to integrate family, work, & discipleship?
Come lean into the Lord and learn from missional leaders who’ve gone before you at the Naturally Supernatural Missional Workshop, March 3-4, Los Angeles, California.
- $39 per person (early bird registration); $49 after February 24th
- Saturday lunch included
The workshop will be led by special guest speaker and missional leader Paul Maconochie, from Sheffield, England – a city where less than 2.5% of the population traditionally attends church. At the church Paul led (Network Church in Sheffield), God used every-day men, women and children to impact the lives of many people through Missional Communities. The church saw numerous people come to faith from all walks of life, including hundreds of teenagers across the city and even many Muslim refugees. As the people of the church learned to pray and to practice community and mission together, a missional movement was started which has now impacted hundreds of churches across the UK and Europe, Australasia and the USA.
In the workshop, Paul will lead a biblical exploration of: Kingdom, hearing from God, relationship between Word & Spirit, and how to pray for the Lord to heal without being wacky or manipulative. The biblical teaching and training will help every attendee go on mission in the name of Jesus, in the power of His Holy Spirit, and under the authority of Scripture.
Before coming to America in 2014, Paul served for 7 years as a Baptist Pastor at St. Thomas’ Church, Sheffield and 10 years as the Senior Pastor of Network Church Sheffield. In the Summer of 2014 Paul moved to the USA with his wife Elly and their two daughters (Grace and Hannah) to work with Grace Gathering Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana and to establish a growing church network called the 3DM Network. In 2015 Paul was also asked to lead the USA team for 3D Movements, which works with hundreds of churches across America to help them develop a culture of missional discipleship.
Paul’s wealth of knowledge and experience makes this workshop a must-attend. Whether you’re a pastor, MC leader, prayer warrior, missional single, or anyone wanting to grow in any of the above, save the date. You’ll leave blessed, edified, trained, and equipped to go on mission in the power of God, perhaps as never before.
Join other missional Christians as we explore how to live like Jesus and continue His Kingdom work… Come learn how to be Naturally Supernatural.

Those who seek to follow Jesus and live out his calling often feel pulled between their family and their mission. Some feel they’ve had to choose between family OR mission. Others have tried to juggle family AND mission. Instead, Jesus shows us that we are meant to live as a family ON mission, whether married or single.
Bob and Pam Rognlien, along with their extended family, have been on a journey of discovering what family on mission looks and feels like for the last 10 years. In this Workshop Bob and Pam will share with you some valuable, simple, practical and repeatable ways of understanding how this vital biblical principle can be lived out in your life situation.
This event is for everyone, the family with small children, a single adult, a college student, empty-nesters, those with teenaged children, those from any walk of life.
