This new addition to the 3DM toolkit will help disciples identify their personal shape as a disciple while also gathering data to help leaders identify the collective shape of the entire church.

• This standard tool provides a custom web link created especially for your church that you can send to individuals in your church. Each individual is invited to answer 30 questions to help them get a real-time picture of their current shape as a disciple. Personal results are provided on screen and via email. The tool provides a space for them to add their own reflections and notes for a personal plan moving forward. The individual responses are tabulated to help select leaders identify the collective shape of the church as well as the shape of leader groups (staff, board, group leaders, etc.) within the church providing insights for strategic next steps as a body.
